- Ceiling tile/grate/cover was missing by the walk-in cooler. It is important to cover up the open area to prevent entry of pests. Some areas of walls had holes/openings around pipe/cords, etc. The open areas should be closed up as soon as possible. This includes an electrical plug-in outlet - can serve as an entry point for pests.
