      • 2) Service this cooler immediately so that it can maintain 4C or colder. Move all stored items into another working cooler.

      • Corrective Action(s): Food that has been stored above 4°C for less than 2 hours shall be moved to a working cooler. Food that has been stored above 4°C for more than 2 hours shall be discarded. Ensure creamers are stored in adequate amount of ice or in a cooler at <= 4°C.
