- Corrective Action(s): 1. Chicken strips and pizza were discarded at time of inspection. Ensure that no chicken strips are double-stacked and that all hot-holding plates are working. Refrain from using the top-left corner of the hot-holding unit until a follow-up inspection has been conducted to ascertain that it can maintain food products at an internal temperature of 60C or greater.
