    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • CS20 is reused onsite but test strips are not available for testing concentrations daily for re-use acceptability. Solution prepared in the reprocessing container was tested today by inspector and was suitable. Obtain test strips appropriate for testing PreEmpt CS20 and test each day of reuse of to max 14 days.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Spray bottle containing liquid green soap was unlabelled by the reprocessing sink. Ensure all chemical bottles are labelled to identify its chemical use.

    • 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
      • Applicable written procedures were not complete. Written procedures for accidental skin cut or puncture and cleansing skin provided to the operator to complete. Please ensure written procedures are kept onsite at all times.
