Hand sink is well-equipped and unobstructed. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards. Surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine bleach. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle reached at least 71 degrees Celsius at plate level. Ice bucket in fridge is clean, scoop not stored in the ice. All surfaces are smooth and non-porous. Kitchen flooring replaced. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site.
