- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle chlorine was barely detected. Sanitizer solution was dumped and refreshed. *Ensure bleach sanitizer solution is refreshed often to maintain a chlorine sanitizer concentration of 100 ppm.

- Floor transition piece between the door frame in the hallway to the back entrance room is missing and is covered with tape. *Replace floor transition to cover the gap in the flooring.

Storage is disorganized with boxes of decorations on the floor, cardboard, and pieces of wood board leaning against walls which makes it difficult to monitor for pests. *Clean the dust from the ceiling. *Clean floors and organize the back storage area.

- Sanitizer was not prepared at the time of inspection. Instructed staff how to prepare a spray bottle of chlorine sanitizer at a non-rinse concentration (100 ppm). Sanitizer was prepared during inspection. Dustbane does not provide instructions for use on food contact surfaces or how to prepare sanitizer to a non-rinse concentration and should not be used for tables and counters.

- Both the Quats and bleach sanitizers prepared for food contact surfaces measured too strong. Quats sanitizer must be prepared to a concentration of 200 ppm (follow labelled instructions on the bottle). Bleach sanitizer must be prepared to a concentration of 100 ppm (1 tsp household (5%) bleach to 1 L of water). Measure strength with test strips.
