      • Operator immediately disassembled the meat slicer, deep cleaned, and sanitized thoroughly.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please ensure meat slicer is fully disassembled every night after use for proper cleaning and sanitizing.

      • 2. Please ensure not only is the inside of the ice machine is clean and sanitized but also the lid and the outside surfaces too.
