- The upstairs hand sink did not have paper towel.
- Replace paper towel. Timeline: ASAP, prior to opening Comments A routine inspection was conducted. The premises was not currently in operation. Action items: * Do not block the hand sink with the additional cutting board. Staff state this is to allow for additional counter space. * The label on the Oxygenic sanitizer states it requires a potable water rinse. Ensure all food grade sanitizers do not require a potable water rinse after use. Staff will use the chlorine sanitizer onsite. Test strips are available. Other options for sanitizers include: QUATs/QAC/Quaternary ammonium compounds, iodine, sink and surface, etc. * Ensure temperature logs are maintained for the downstairs cooler when potentially hazardous foods are present (hot dogs). * Minor cleaning is required where debris is present inside the cabinets (saw dust). * Maintain sanitizer concentration logs. Comments: - All cooler and freezer temperatures are satisfactory. - Chlorine available at 100 ppm (mix 1/2 tsp to 1 litre of water). Test strips are available. - Food safety trained staff are onsite during operating hours. - Food safety and sanitation plans were available. - Probe thermometers are available. - No signs of pests were observed during the inspection. Professional pest control is used.
