- Mouse droppings observed on the floor in the corner to the left of the white Kenmore upright freezer, and on the floor in the corner to the right of the hand wash sink. Operator stated they recently caught a mouse, and have identified the entry point and blocked it off. She will clean and sanitize the contaminated areas.

- The bottom shelf to the right of the window is raw wood and not properly finished.Please ensure this shelf is properly finished, and is non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.
