- 1. Mould observed on the towel laundry basket. Basket removed from the facility during the inspection. The Operator was informed to discard the basket, as it is porous and not easy to clean and disinfect.

- 1. There was evidence of significant excess humidity inside the aquatic facility. Water was beading on the ceiling and falling below. The facility staff stated the air intake had broken down, and an order was put in on March 31 to replace a part in the HVAC system; however, the part will not be arriving until mid-April. Several small fans were being used to increase air flow. 2. Stagnant water noted in several areas of the pool deck. 3. East pool deck: a. There was a buildup of debris on the floor tiles. b. The grouting around these tiles was not in good repair, as water was noted under these tiles. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Until the HVAC is repaired, additional temporary measures need to be taken to address the excess humidity in the aquatic facility. If humidity is not addressed, there may be further damage to the facility surfaces. 2. The pool deck needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected more often.3. Please repair the floor tiles, so the area is impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.
