      • -There was a shelf in the Little Rome room that was over 4 feet tall. Please ensure it is secured to the wall.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • -Bingo dabbers were labelled "keep out of reach of children." They were disposed of at the time of inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • -The space under the diaper mat was unclean. It was cleaned at the time of inspection.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • -The lid on one of the water tables was cracked and the tape that had been used to repair it was peeling. Please replace.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • -The water temperature at sinks accessible to children was measured at 56C. Please ensure the temperature does not exceed 49C.
