- Observation: Food Items prepared in an unapproved facility. (Public Health significance) - Facilities are approved when they are adequately equipped to accommodate and facilitate safe food preparation. Unapproved facilities may not have the sanitary or food preparation equipment and processes in place to safely produce food products for human consumption.
- Corrective Action: Discontinue sale of products from unapproved sources immediately. Ensure all products for sale to the public are obtained from an approved facility.

- Observation: While an Application for Health Approval has been submitted, it has not been approved. It is being assessed.
- Corrective Action: Follow the requirements as required by the Environmental Health Officer (EH0).

- Observation: Scoops used to obtain dry goods like Panko and sugar are stored in open product bags. Contamination from scoop handles results.
- Corrective Action: Store the scoops so that the handles do not rest on the open products.

- Corrective Action: Repair or replace lids on the containers and keep them closed when products are not being used.

- Observation: The interior surfaces of the upright fridge in the kitchen have accumulated dirt and food particles.
- Corrective Action: Clean the interior surfaces thoroughly.

- Observation: Spilled ice cream has accumulated on the floor in Freezer F38.
- Corrective Action: Clean the floor thoroughly so that the accumulated spilled ice cream is removed.
