      • Quat at 200 ppm and chlorine at 100 ppm Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Hand sinks with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel. Quat used on-site as surface sanitizer. Low temperature dish washer at 100 ppm chlorine. Fridge temperatures at =4°C. No signs of pests. Small ice machine is clean and scoop stored in sanitary condition. Premises is well maintained.
