- The handwash sink was blocked and not accessible.-move all the stuff that is hanging in front of the sink; remove all the items stored in the sink. The hand sink must be easily accessible and used frequently.

- There was no soap dispenser at the handwash sink-install a soap dispenser; all handwash sinks must have soap and paper towel dispensers.

- Sanitizer solution was tested at 0ppm at time of inspection.- Ensure sanitizer solution is prepared and readily available at 100ppm for chlorine sanitizer solution.- Instructed staff on how to prepare 100ppm (1/2 tea spoon of bleach and 1 litre of water).- Solution was retested at 100ppm.
