      • Written procedures were completed during the inspection. Written procedures for cleansing skin have been completed for the following services: -manicure -pedicure -waxing -eyelash tintWritten procedures for handwashing and equipment reprocessing sink decontamination was updated at the time of inspection.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The AHP2 indicator test strips expire 6-months after opening. Discard the high-level disinfectant after each use. Alternatively, obtain new AHP2 indicator test strips and maintain high-level disinfectant logs. The AHP2 indicator test strips expire 6-months after being opened. Please label the indicator test strips with the date it was opened and the 6-month expiry date.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Certain brands of tints used for tinting eyelash / eyebrows available on-site were not suitable for this purpose as per label instructions. Products were removed from the facility at the time of inspection as per request.
