      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 buckets of gulab jamun observed to be in buckets that are not orginally intended (i.e.: peanut butter containers and unlabelled containers).
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard.

      • Observation: Rodent droppings observed underneath shelving racks near the furthest right wall where take-out packaging are stored.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize. Corrected by: June 5, 2025

      • Observation: Reefer trailer observed to be used as permanent freezer storage that was not orginally approved on floorplan. As discussed back in 2024, facility may only pick up frozen products from approved supplier and deliver to consumer directly on the same day, no frozen products are to be stored within the facility as they do not have permission from City or Fraser Health.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not store any frozen products within the facility. Corrected by: June 5, 2025.

    • 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
      • Observation: Mouse droppings (10+) noted on the floor below the shelf behind the front office wall. Overall sanitation of the facility has improved. Facility has hired a different pest control company for services. Good recommendations with regards to eliminating pest entry points were noted on the reports. As per staff, weekly services is being provided by the pest control company.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Sweep, clean and sanitize the floor noted with mouse droppings.
      • 2. Continue to monitor pest situation.
      • 3. Continue to work with your pest control company and complete the recommendations that they offer on their reports.
      • 4. Conduct visual checks on all incoming food to ensure they are not infested.
      • 5. When food leaves your warehouse, also conduct a visual check to ensure they are not damaged.
      • 6. Clean up any spilled food noted to avoid attracting pests.

      • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
      • Observation: New door sweeps have been installed by the loading docks - however, parts were missing on one doors and one was noted with a gap.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please reinstall the door with the missing door sweep and fix the one noted with the gap.
