- Two unlabeled Ziploc bags with Roti in them are observed. Ensure all product that is made or packaged in-house are labelled in accordance to CFIA requirements.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- A tray of Dhal Vada and a tray of Urad Dhal doughnuts were measured at 31 degrees Celsius with a probe thermometer. The operator informed that they had been out for more than two hours. Ensure that food is hot held at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. The operator discarded the indicated food during the inspection.
