- Bleach was available onsite. Instructed the Manager how to create a food-grade chlorine sanitizer (2 tsp bleach per 1 L water for 100 - 200 PPM chorine residual). Use the chlorine sanitizer spray bottle going forward to sanitize all food contact surfaces.
