- The cold holding unit adjacent to the drive-through window was measured at 16.7 degrees C, containing dairy products. Staff complied to move the food items to a functional cooler to ensure they were maintained below 4 degrees C. Please ensure not to store any food items in the non-functional cooler until it is repaired. All other temperature regulated holding units were satisfactory. Freezer at below minus 18 degrees C. Hot holding unit at above 60 degrees C.

- Hot holding temperatures were above 60 C for gravy and above 70 C for hamburger patties.Q10Cold storage unit temperatures were within correct range with the exception of one small cooler which was at 11 C.This cooler was taken out of service at time of inspection and the food removed.The cooler will be repaired or replaced with a new cooler.Please correct by Dec 22 2023.
