      • The concentration of Hydrogen per oxide based sanitizer in the spray bottles was measured at less than 500 ppm.Test strips to check its concentration were not available.Re-measured the freshly filled bottles of sanitizer, concentration was still less than 500ppm.H202 solution was discarded.Quat based sanitizer was available for sanitation.Make sure that sanitizer's concentration is measured frequently to ensure proper sanitization of the facility.
