      • There was no light in the downstairs walk-in cooler. Please ensure there is sufficient lighting for adequate cleaning and sanitation. Photos were later provided showing the light had been fixed.

      • The dishwasher door is broken. Please repair or replace. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good repair.
