      • The sandwich cooler by the dishwasher measured 8.3C using a probe thermometer. High risk food products were removed and stored in a separate cooler. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and the cooler assessed to ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.**Feb 9, 2026 - The sandwich prep cooler was still not properly working and measured temperature was approximately 8.5C. Bottles of pizza and tomato sauce were observed inside that required refrigeration and staff moved product to a separate upright working cooler.
