      • Dishwasher found to be malfunctioning yesterday. Technician was called and serviced machine for 3 hours. Technician has been called for additional servicing of unit. Technician has ordered parts for servicing

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher broken but three compartment sink not set up upon arrival of EHO.
      • Sanitizer solution at 0ppm in third compartment of sink once three compartment sink was set up.
      • Sanitizer test strips missing from dishwashing area
      • Three hours had lapsed since opening and according to sanitation plan commonly used items are to be washed and sanitized after 2 hours. It was now three hours and no method on site set up for dishwashing was observed by EHO. Facility had no way to wash and sanitize items upon arrival of EHO.
      • CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - three compartment sink manual warewashing was employed and sanitizer jug was refilled, sanitizer test strips located at time of inspection.
