    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispensers in the male and female washrooms were empty. Paper towels were stored outside the dispenser.**Please store paper towels in the dispenser to protect from contmination
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • The alcohol swabs in the first aid kit were expired.**Replace alcohol swabs.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The caulking around the hand wash sink in both the male and female washrooms was cracked and coming apart.Reseal/Recalk edging of sink to prevent water infiltration and water damage.

    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • A spray bottle containing a bleach solution was not labelled. Please ensure that all spray bottles and chemicals are appropriately labeled so that all staff members know which products they are using. Note: If you reuse spray bottles from other products, please thoroughly clean the bottle, remove the label from the previous product and re-label the bottle with its new contents.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Some of the antiseptic wipes in the first aid kit were expired, and some had not yet expired. The operator corrected this during the inspection and discarded the expired wipes.
