    • 19(2)(b) - FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED & APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Provide waste receptacle beside side room handwash. Post handwashing procedures signs at both handwashes. Keep main room handwash accessible at all times and not used for any other purposes (corrected).
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Provide drain plugs for sinks & follow proper equipment washing procedures. Remove all food from unsanitary basement immediately. Provide divider for rear storage and receiving area.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Pizza hot holding unit not holding >60C / 140F in foods. Two slices voluntarily discarded by operator. Unit must be serviced / adjusted and holding > 60C / 140F in foods before reuse. Small refrigerated prep. table slightly above 4C was adjusted and corrected during inspection. Large refrigerated prep. table slightly above 4C on one end. Air flow opening on end was filled & operator will monitor.
