      • One large white cutting board on food prep surface was in disrepair with debris accumulation and deep grooves on both sides.- Resurface or replace the cutting board.- Operator will be using smaller cutting boards on top as an interim until resolved.

      • Mouse dropping were observed in the bar. Droppings were observed on the north counter of the bar, on shelving in the bar, and on floors. Rodent chewing was observed by a cooler, as well as a rodent skeleton.Have the professional pest control operator reassess the Integrated Pest Management plan for the facility, including potential entry points.

      • Duct tape was present at the side of the bottom of a food preparation table as a wall to help prevent plates from falling off the shelf. Duct tape is not a cleanable surface. Duct tape was removed during inspection.

      • The baseboard was falling off/ had fallen off the wall by the three compartment sink. Replace the baseboards on the wall by the three compartment sink.

      • There was a hole in the wall on the south wall by the three compartment sink (to the left of the three compartment sink and below the counter level).Repair the hole in the wall. Ensure the wall is smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, easy to clean, and constructed of materials intended for the purpose.

      • The caulking to the left of the three compartment sink was mouldy and deteriorating.Replace the caulking to the left of the three compartment sink.

      • There was a leak at plumbing located to the west of the bar dishwasher. There was water damage to the wall beside the bar dishwasher.Have the plumbing leak repaired. Remove water damaged building materials and replace with new building materials. Ensure the wall is smooth, nonabsorbent to moisture, easy to clean, and constructed of materials intended for the purpose.

      • The walls and ceiling of the walk-in cooler had mould growth. Shelves in the walk-in cooler had soil accumulation. The floor of the walk-in cooler had food spillage.Clean floors, walls, ceiling, and shelves of the walk-in cooler.
