      • Please ensure ice cream scoops are sanitized in an approved sanitizer solution (eg. 1/2 teaspoon chlorine/bleach into 1L water).Please ensure scoops are washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 2 hours. If scoops are stored in a bucket of water, please ensure:- the water is kept below 4C, or - water is changed out within every 2 hours
