- Prior to tattoo services, the client’s skin is cleaned with an effective cleanser (green soap), followed by antisepsis using 70% isopropanol alcohol wipes before the procedure.---The facility had alcohol wipes available; however, a portion were expired (2025). The operator discarded all expired antiseptic wipes.Please ensure all cosmetic products and equipment are routinely monitored so that expired items are removed from use prior to expiry, eliminating the possibility of using ineffective products during procedures.
