- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The overhead lighting throughout the facility are sealed fluorescent bulbs.Unfortunately the clear shields contain many house flies in each unit.Operator proposed to switch out the fluorescent light units with LED light units by July 31, 2025.This would be acceptable.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- Some of the existing stainless steel work tables, have the lower portion of the table legs are rusting.These table legs will either need to be refinished or replace the work table.
