      • The following had been addressed:-The knife drawer in the kitchen was locked.The following was outstanding:-The lock on the door to the laundry room was broken. Please repair.

      • -One of the washroom sinks was being used to wash toys. Please remove all toys from the washroom and do not wash toys in washroom sinks

      • -The handwashing sink for diapering in the Infant Room was being used for rinsing dishes and paint brushes. Please ensure diapering sinks are designated for handwashing only.

      • -There was a stained ceiling tile in the Pre-school washroom. Please replace.
