      • The bathroom had a basket with paper towels, and it was stored on top of the garbage can. - Have a proper dispenser and have a table to place the dispenser.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • No bleach strips were provided during the inspection.

      • 1) The bleach sanitizer was measured at 0 ppm. 2) No bleach was onsite. - The operator bought bleach and prepared a new sanitizer solution, and it was measured at 100 ppm. Have bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm at all times and always have bleach for sanitizer preparation.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Table in the back had exposed wood. - Repaint or replace the table.
