    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 1) Bleach sanitizer solution was measured at 50 ppm. - The operator made a new solution, and it was measured at 100ppm.2) No bleach solution was provided in the washroom for potty seat. - The operator prepared a new solution and was educated on sanitizing the potty seat in between use.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Wooden table had tape on it to cover an uneven edge. - Use corner guard or repair the table.2) The ceiling had spiderwebs and light covers were dirty on the inside.- Cleaning the ceiling.
