      • The spray bottle containing bleach in the toddler room diapering station measured at 0ppm of chlorine.**Ensure all disinfectants are maintained at adequate concentrations at all times.The operator mixed bleach to adequate concentrations during the inspection.

      • A patch of label adhesive residue was observed on a toilet seat in the toddler washroom.**Please have the adhesive residue removed to ensure the toilet seat can be properly cleaned and sanitized.
