- During the inspection, it was noted that the staff uses Clorox products for disinfecting the countertops. PHI advised staff to use bleach solution with a concentration of 100 ppm for disinfecting the countertops.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There was a significant number of mosquitoes inside the food truck due to a broken window, which has created a hole. Please ensure to repair the window glasses to prevent any pest entry.

- The freezer requires some cleaning. Please ensure that all equipment used for storing food are mainatined in a good sanitary condition.

- One of the handwash sink tap outside the food service tent had its faucets broken and leaking. ensure to fix the leaking faucet at the handwash station.

- The mobile kitchen exhaust/ventilation system had heavy accumulation of grease and requires thorough cleaning. No current cleaning sticker was noted on the hood. Please ensure the exhaust system and hood are cleaned professionally.

- The refrigerators in the food service area are covered in rust/dust.Ensure to clean the refrigerators and keep them clean.
