    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The facility had unfinished walls and ceiling with exposed dry wall. - Finish all surfaces, sand and paint as necessary. All surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.2. There were open spaces intended for doors and open spaces in the wall covered with a plastic covering. Remove the plastic covering and properly complete all required work around the facility.3.There was a fur studio chair and side stool in the client service area. Making it uneasy to clean. Remove the fur chair and side stool. Replace with furniture's that are made with smooth surfaces, nonabsorbent and easy to clean.
