Ensure the facility remains closed until all the necessary repairs are completed and a follow-up inspection is conducted by a Public Health Inspector.

Parts for repairs are on order and the facility operator voluntary closed during inspection. Ensure facility remains closed until the ventilation canopy exhaust system is repaired and a follow-up inspection is conducted by Public Health Inspector.
