      • Observation: Low temperature dishwasher did not dispense any chlorine (0ppm). Adequate sanitation of dishes is required
      • Corrective Action: Repair the mechanical dishwasher and insure a minimum of 50ppm chlorine. In the meantime, sanitize dishes in the 2 compartment sink (100ppm concentration)

      • Corrective Action: Label "chlorine/bleach" on the chemical bottle and ensure staff are aware of the chemicals used.
