- No sanitizer available at the front. Bucket in the back holding cloths measured 0ppm Quat and chlorine. - 3 compartment sinks are not draining. Compartment on the left backs up when the sink of the far right is filled up. Ensure sinks properly drain. Properly operating dishwash sinks are required for safe operation. Manager decided to close facility.

- - Soap dispenser was gunky. Staff said this hand sink is not used.- Smoothies and sandwiches were being done at the back room, however no hand sink is back here Ensure hand washing is done at this hand sink as it is designated for hand washing. Ensure it is stocked with soap and paper towel. Do not do any food handling in the back area as there is no dedicated hand sink here.
