- Chlorine sanitizer concentration was measured above 1000ppm (too strong). Test sanitizer solutions before use to ensure that the concentration is measured at 100ppm. Operator corrected the violation during inspection.Measure 1/2 a teaspoon of bleach for every litre of water when reconstituting.
