- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator using soap - no bleach for wiping counters
- Corrective Action(s): Use a bleach solution for wiping counters in the kitchen. Ensure the solution is bleach only, when soap and bleach is mixed the soap binds to the bleach and no longer is effective.
