      • pH is out of range (7.8). Operator noted that the acid container was empty and was waiting on shipment.

      • Automated system was installed but feed system was off as there was not pH adjustment chemical remaining. Operator was waiting for stock. Once controller feed system is operational ensure chemical controller is checked and adjusted so manual readings and controller readings are consistent.

      • 1. Suction outlets installed have a 5 year service life. Confirm date in which the suction outlets have been installed and replace if they are >5 years.2. The 2 fittings located on the stairs are unknown and not identified in the last set of plans. Confirm the use of the fittings and ensure they are identified on the pool drawings.
