     • Observation(s): The approved washrooms on the lower level were renovated. The children were not able to access the washrooms while they were being updated. The children were required to use another washroom located beside the children's approved washrooms. The children now have access to their approved washrooms. The Licensee did not notify Licensing of this change until the day of the inspection. Corrected during the inspection.
