- Observation(s): Sanitizer concentration was not adequate from the sanitizer dispenser used in the spray bottle. Sanitizer must be mixed manually until the dispenser can adequately dispense the correct concentration of sanitizer. Ammonium chloride sanitizer is being used, the concentration must at least 200ppm. The operator must verify with appropriate test strips if sanitizer is at 200 ppm minimum.
