Hand sinks fully supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Coolers at 4°C or less and freezers at -18°C or less. Bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm with test strips available. Operator renewed FoodSafe certificate; expires 2030. Two compartment sink available, 100 ppm chlorine used for sanitizing. No signs of pest activity. Declutter and get rid of unused/unnecessary equipment. Store rags in sanitizing solution when not in use. Note: Cream/milk pitchers should be emptied, cleaned and changed every four hours, store smaller quantities to prevent waste.
