      • Plastic wrapping was observed on the walk-in freezer door and the shelves throughout the kitchen.**Have the wrapping removed to ensure the surfaces are cleanable.

      • Dec 09 - Staff interviewed are still unaware that dishes are meant to be sanitized as part of the manual dishwashing procedure.Dec 03 - The manual dish washing procedure reviewed was inadequate, dishes are not being sanitized.**Ensure dishes are washed, rinsed and then completely immersed in an approved sanitizer for at least 2 minutes before being set to air dry.

      • An improperly labeled spray bottle was observed in the kitchen area. The staff on duty could not identify its contains. They indicated that the liquid contained the in bottle is used for wiping stainless steel dishes.**Please ensure all spray bottles and containers holding chemicals are adequately labeled to identify their contents.-The PHI discarded the contents of the bottle during the inspection.
