- Alcool product used as a disinfectant. Ensure an antiseptic specific product is used with an NPN.

- Operator did not have barrier film for procell micro channeling machine. A barrier must be used as this piece of equipment is not submersible.
- 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Critical)?
- Procell micro channeling serum has growth factors in it that is unknown if it is synthetic, human or animal based. Please provide documentation that this is approved for use in Canada.
