      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer bottle missing. Operator does not know where the sanitizer bottles are located.
      • Corrective Action(s): Obtain dedicated sanitizer spray bottles and ensure bleach sanitizer is available at all times for cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces. Operator made a new solution of bleach in a spray bottle. Ensure the dedicated bottle is properly labelled

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival, the back door in the kitchen was wide open.
      • Corrective Action(s): All entry points into the kitchen from the outside must be closed during operation as pests (flies, rodents) can enter. Operator closed the screen door.

      • Observation: 1. Screen door is broken (screen is loose from the bottom left), leaving a gap for flies to enter.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1.Repair/replace the screen to ensure that when the door is closed there are no gaps/exposure.
      • 2. Obtain a sink plug for the 3 compartment sink to conduct manual ware washing
