- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee pots still at the store. Operator indicated that they wash the pots in the washroom sink, then rinse them outside the building at the outdoor tap. This practice must discontinue. Repeated violation; further violation will be followed with progressive enforcement.
- Corrective Action(s): Required operator to stop selling coffee, until they can provide to inspector a safe ways to clean and disinfect the coffee pots and machines. Operator agreed to removing coffee; coffee removed at the time of inspection

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee was brewed and served using urns. The facility does not have sinks to support proper ware washing. When inquired, manager indicated that he is adding sinks to support ware washing.
- Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all coffee urns as they are not able to wash, rinse and sanitize properly. Operator removed them at the time of inspection
