- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ready to eat foods (sandwiches, subs, wraps, fruit cups, cheeses, juices) stored in broken fridge. Ambient temperature measure 12-15C. Probed sandwich 11C, fruit cup 12C.
- Fridge observed in 'defrost' cycle but defrost cycle should not be as high as 12-15C. Food internal temperature should be able to maintain 4C or below even with defrost cycle.
- Corrective Action(s): All ready to eat and packaged food labelled with keep refridgrated stored in this cooler has been discarded.
