      • - Observed Deep fried Pork (Bagnet) at 24C. Operator stated that they were just prepared from the Surrey store, cooled and then transported.

      • - As per approved food safety plan all food items were to be cooled down to 4C or below for transporation. The time spent in room temperature cannot be determined for this item - item discarded.
